Meet the G Girls

Karen Traynor

I was born and raised in Queens, NY. In my younger years I was an entrepreneur and loved to start up businesses. 

I wanted to help people, so I joined the NYC Fire Department/EMS.  After years of service, I retired from NYC Fire Department/EMS  

and relocated to South Florida in 2021. 

I enjoy renovating  homes and using my business skills to promote events and connecting to the community for the G Girls.
